3 Days / 2 Nights / 7 Meals $488.00 pp Tour Highlights "Taste of Tallahassee-The Legislative Session" tour will take you to FSU Campus, Alfred B. Maclay Gardens, City Tour by bus, Old and New Capitol Building, Mission San Luis, Museum of Florida History, Tallahassee Automobile Museum. FSU Campus Alfred B Maclay Gardens Welcome to Tallahassee. After arrival around noon you will meet our tour guide at FSU stadium campus for a delicious lunch there. Right after lunch you will walk around FSU Stadium for a private tour. In the afternoon we will explore Alfred B. Maclay Gardens, called a "masterpiece of floral architecture." Check in to the hotel for your 3 nights Tallahassee adventure in mid afternoon and time to relax before social hour in the hotel. Dinner in local restaurant. (Welcome Lunch, Dinner)
City tour of Tallahassee
After breakfast we will board the bus for a 1.5 hour tour of the city exploring the beauty, amazing scenery and its historical sites. After a city tour we will visit the visit the New Capitol Building and Historic Capitol of Tallahassee. We will visit Florida's Capitol Complex that includes a 22-story executive tower with domed House and Senate chambers, you will be able to view the city from 22nd floor. Our next stop was restored to its 1902-version in 1982. The Historic Capitol building space includes the Governor's Suite, Supreme Court, House of Representatives and Senate chambers, rotunda and halls. After lunch we will continue Tours of Tallahassee with a departure for Mission St Luis, where you will get to explore houses and other items from the Apalachee-Spanish living history museum. Arrive in the hotel by mid afternoon. Social hour in the hotel followed by dinner. (Breakfast, Lunch, Farewell Dinner)
Museum of Florida History Tallahassee Automobile Museum After breakfast and check out from the hotel we will visit the Museum of Florida History, the place that collects, preserves, exhibits and interprets evidence of past, present cultures in Florida and promotes knowledge and appreciation of this heritage. We will finish our Tour of Tallahassee by visiting the Tallahassee Automobile Museum with over 130 automobiles and other large variety of collections. Lunch before leaving town and heading back home.
